Product Information

The magnetic grids are made of high-quality stainless steel tube and high-B-value rare earth NdFeB alloy, and the grid is composed of a special manufacturing method and a magnetic rod on the fixed frame. When the raw materials pass through, the ferrous materials and ferromagnetic impurities will be firmly adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rod to ensure the safety and integrity of products and equipment.


Feature

The magnetic grids have low energy consumption and no pollution. It has a simple structure and is easy to install. The magnetic frame is staggered with magnetic bars, and the carefully designed magnetic spacing ensures that the magnetic area is fully utilized.


Application

The magnetic grids are mainly used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in powder, flake and granular raw materials. It is widely used in ceramics, electricity, mining, plastics, chemicals, rubber, medicine, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.


Remarks

1. Frame and tube material is 304 or 316L stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and no pollution.
2. Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame and 25mm diameter round bars.
3. The frame and magnetic bar surface can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
4. Standard working temperature<=80℃. If needed, max. working temperature from 80℃ to 350℃ is also available.
5. Normal item(N style), Easy-cleaning(E style), grate with angle baffles or rod are available.
