The arc ferrite magnets are made of oxide material using powder metallurgy process. Ceramic magnets are the most widely used because of their low cost, high energy, good electrical insulation, and excellent anti-demagnetization properties. The most common ceramic magnets are anisotropic strontium, anisotropic barium, and isotropic barium magnets.
The arc ferrite magnets are prepared by both dry and wet methods. Through the dry process, both isotropic and anisotropic magnets can be produced; the wet process can only produce anisotropic magnets. Unlike anisotropic ferrite magnets, they are all oriented in the direction of manufacture and should be magnetized in the direction of orientation. It has the advantages of high coercivity, high resistance, long-term stability, and economical price. At the same time, we can customize the magnets according to the needs of customers
